This event is limited to 25 tables. Tables are 6' in length, have no fee and are assigned at a first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION: There is no FedEx or UPS office on site, each company must have PREPAID RETURN LABELS.
The hotel will only pick up boxes that have been sealed shut and have a prepaid label. Make sure to have tape and a return label!
There is a $10 handling fee for all outgoing packages
***For outgoing parcels, guest will be charged a carrier cost (if no prepaid label)
plus a $10.00 service fee for parcels under 25 lbs and $15.00 service fee for parcels over 25 lbs.
