Event Registration is open
Each member must register separately. Registrant companies must be current with membership dues.
Early Registration Fee (to January 31st): $1049
Registration Fee (from February 1st) : $1249
Registration For OEMs is Complimentary.
Spouse/guest fee is $249 per person.
Guest Fee Includes: Welcome reception/dinner, Company Spotlight Reception, Closing Dinner.
Coworkers are not considered guests and will need to register at full price. Guests are not permitted in sessions.
Last day to register for ToolTech is March 1st, 2027.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Should your plans change, the deadline to cancel for ToolTech is March 26th.
Beyond that point, meal costs as well as facility and activity expenses have been paid and no refund or credit can be given.
No refunds will be given after March 26th.

$209+ tax per night including breakfast (double occupancy is an additional $10 per night)
Hotel Reservations
The room block cut off date is Friday, March 12, 2027. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the prevailing rate.
Group rates may be extended 3 days pre and post event based on availability. If you would like to extend your stay, please book early!
Breakfast is included in room rate.
Parking & Transportation
Guests enjoy a reduced rate of $15 for self-parking

Getting There
You can get to the hotel from the I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway intersection, amid the glass towers of Lincoln Centre. The hotel is less than a mile from Galleria mall, with downtown Dallas within 11 miles of the door. Enjoy the resort-style pool, fitness center, restaurant, and 55,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space overlooking our private, four-acre lake.
One-on-One Appointment scheduling will begin in March.

Key dates for your calendar:
February 26 – Registration cut off date to be included in meeting selection.
March 5 – The portal link will be emailed to those eligible (signed up by the cut off date).
March 15 – Last day for requesting appointments. All requests must be submitted before 5 pm PST.
April 2 – Appointment schedules will go out.
Requirements for participating in one-on-one appointments:
Must be an ETI Member Company in good standing
Only ETI US Full Member companies can request appointments with Car Manufacturers/OEMs
All ETI Members can request appointments with other members companies.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE February 26th to be on the appointments selection list.

The Resort will not accept materials delivered more than 3 days before the event.
Please arrange the pickup with your carrier with 24 hours of event conclusion. Boxes will need to sealed and have a pre-paid shipping label prior to departure.
