Registration is not open.
Each member must register separately. Registrant companies must be current with membership dues.

January until February 20th: $1049
February 21st – March 6th: $1249
Spouse/guest fee is $249 per person.
Guest Fee Includes: Welcome reception, Company Spotlight Reception, Closing Dinner.
Coworkers are not considered guests and will need to register at full price. Guests are not permitted in sessions.
Last day to register for ToolTech is March 6, 2026.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Deadline to cancel is 14 days prior to the event start date.
Should your plans change, the deadline to cancel for ToolTech is April 5th.
Beyond that point, meal costs as well as facility and activity expenses have been paid and no refund or credit can be given.
No refunds will be given after April 5th.

ToolTech 2026 will take place at the Innisbrook Resort and Hotel in Florida, a renowned destination known for its combination of comfort, natural surroundings and world-class facilities. Set across 900 wooded acres, Innisbrook offers a peaceful environment that is ideal for focused discussions, technical sessions and networking.
The resort features a full conference centre with modern meeting spaces, multiple accommodation options, a selection of restaurants, and extensive leisure facilities. Attendees can enjoy walking paths, spa services, fitness facilities and several championship golf courses, including the famous Copperhead Course which hosts the PGA TOUR’s Valspar Championship.

ETI Group Rate
$250 per night inclusive (single or double occupancy, including resort fee and tax).

The room block cut off date is Friday, March 6, 2025. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the prevailing rate.
Group rates may be extended 3 days pre and post event based on availability. If you would like to extend your stay, please book early!
Resort Amenties fee is included in room rate.

March 7 – The portal link will be emailed to those eligible (signed up by the cut off date)
March 14 – Last day for requesting appointments. All requests must be submitted before 5 pm PST
March 24 – Appointment schedules will go out
Requirements for participating in one-on-one appointments:
Must be an ETI Member Company in good standing
Only ETI Full Member companies can request appointments with Car Manufacturers/OEMs
All ETI Members can request appointments with other members companies.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE MARCH 3rd to be on the appointments selection list.
