Each member must register separately. Registrant companies must be current with membership dues.
Spouse/guest fee is $249 per person.
Guest Fee Includes: Welcome reception, Company Spotlight Reception, Closing Dinner.
Coworkers are not considered guests and will need to register at full price. Guests are not permitted in sessions.
Last day to register for ToolTech is March 17, 2025.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Deadline to cancel is 7 days prior to the event start date.
Should your plans change, the deadline to cancel for ToolTech is March 24th.
Beyond that point, meal costs as well as facility and activity expenses have been paid and no refund or credit can be given.
No refunds will be given after March 24th.

$289++ per night (+$10 Resort fee) – the website can only show the original resort fee, but you will only be charged $10

The room block cut off date is Monday, March 10, 2025. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the prevailing rate.
Group rates will be extended 3 days pre and post event based on availability. If you would like to extend your stay, please book early!
Self-parking is discounted to $25 per day.
*Required resort fee package is $10 per night, plus state and local taxes. Package includes:
- Full access to wellness center lockers, steam room and lap pool
- Enhanced high speed internet access
- Daily in room bottled water
- (2) Complimentary 2 hour resort bike rentals per day
- (2) Boogie boards and beach chair rentals per day (by the pool)
- Complimentary daily fitness classes (yoga, pilates, etc).
- Daily 2 hour court reservations for sports courts (tennis, pickle ball & basketball). Must call ahead.
- $15 daily F&B credit applied for Gold/Platinum/Titanium & Ambassador guests who utilize the F&B services up to $15
One-on-One Appointment scheduling will begin mid-March 2025.

Must be an ETI Member Company in good standing
Only ETI Full Member companies can request appointments with Car Manufacturers/OEMs
All ETI Members can request appointments with other members companies.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE MARCH 3rd to be on the appointments selection list.

If the boxes are delivered within the two days allowed arrival time, no fees will be asked for storage. Charges incurred shall be applied to the receiver of material.The price of receiving will be based on pounds and will include storage up to 2 days. If storage exceeds 2 days, a $25.00per item/day storage fee will be added.
Please arrange with your carrier the pick up. Boxes will need to sealed and have a pre-paid shipping label prior to departure.
