Event Registration
Tool Tech 2024 Registration is $1049 per attendee.
Members with more than one attendee are $1049 per person. Registrant companies must be current with membership dues.
Registration for spouse and/or guest is $250 per person.
This includes the welcome reception, the company spotlight reception and the closing dinner. Coworkers are not considered guests and will need to register at full price. Guests are not permitted in sessions or one-on-one meetings.
-Should your plans change, the deadline to cancel is April 15th.
Beyond that point, meal costs as well as facility/event expenses have been paid and no refund or credit can be given.
No refunds will be given after April 15th.

ETI Group Rate
$279++ per night (Resort fee has been waived for the ETI Group)

The room block cut off date is Monday, April 1, 2024. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the prevailing rate.
Your resort fee in included in the hotel base rate. Fee includes (all items for two people daily):
-Corona Del Mar Beach Drop off/Pick Up Services
-Use of upgraded beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards
-Spa VEA Fitness Classes
-Three Hour Beach Cruiser Rental (bikes)
-Golf Bag Storage
-Courtesy Resort Driver – Transportation provided within 3 miles of the hotel
-Enhanced High Speed Internet in guest rooms and common areas

- This event is limited to 40 players.
- Each player will cover their own greens fees ($250) through the hotel (Hotel Waiver: VEA Newport Beach is approved to charge a $250 golf charge on your VEA guest room folio. Funds will be used to cover your Newport Beach Country Club golf fees)
- Forecaddie fees ($125 per team) – Paid to NBCC
- Club rentals ($75) – Paid to NBCC
(1) OEM player from each manufacturer will be sponsored. Sponsorship opportunities available.
