Registration Cancellation Policy:
Should your plans change, the deadline to cancel for The Event is Friday, May 14th.
Beyond that point, hotel, meal costs as well as facility and activity expenses have been paid and no refund or credit can be given.
No refunds will be given after May 14th.

Getting to the Venue
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS)
Approximately 44 km from the hotel.
Taxi or car: approximately 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic.
Public transport: Approximately 30 minutes via direct trains from beneath the airport terminal to Den Haag Centraal. Followed by a short tram, bus or taxi journey to the hotel.

Closing Dinner at the Historic Tram Depot
Our closing dinner on Wednesday evening will offer delegates a memorable journey through more than a century of transport history in The Hague.
Delegates will be transported directly from The Hague Marriott Hotel aboard two vintage trams to the Hague Public Transport Museum. The museum is housed in the beautifully preserved Frans Halsstraat tram depot, which served The Hague’s public transport operator from 1906 until 1983 and has been home to the museum since its official opening in 1989.
Surrounded by an impressive collection of historic trams and buses, including vehicles representing different eras of travel in the city, guests will enjoy welcome drinks, time to explore the collection and a relaxed buffet dinner within the atmospheric depot.
At the end of the evening, the vintage trams will return delegates to the hotel, bringing the ETI Europe Annual Event 2027 to a fitting and distinctly Dutch conclusion.
