Registration Cancellation Policy:
Should your plans change, the deadline to cancel for The Event is Friday, May 15th.
Beyond that point, hotel, meal costs as well as facility and activity expenses have been paid and no refund or credit can be given.
No refunds will be given after May 15th.

The 2026 EU Industry Technical Conference will be hosted at the Holiday Inn London – Shepperton, a comfortable and well-connected hotel close to Heathrow Airport and the historic Brooklands site. Brooklands Museum Evening Experience & Dinner
Delegates will gather at Brooklands Museum, the historic home of British motorsport and aviation, for a memorable evening of networking, exploration and dining.
The evening will begin in the ERA Racing Shed, where guests will arrive to a welcome drink surrounded by historic racing machinery and early engineering icons. This atmospheric setting provides a perfect introduction to the heritage of Brooklands.
Guests will take part in an exclusive private tour of Concorde, offering the rare chance to step inside the legendary supersonic airliner and learn about its design and operational history.
Following the tour, delegates will enjoy dinner within the museum, providing a relaxed setting to continue conversations and connect with peers. The combination of heritage surroundings, unique access to iconic exhibits and a high-quality dining experience will be one of the highlights of the conference programme.
