Company Spotlight Trade Show
The Company Spotlight Trade Show gives ETI Member Companies the opportunity to highlight products and services to attendees, speakers and industry insiders.
This event is limited to 25 tables. Tables are 6' in length, have no fee and are assigned at a first come, first served basis.

ETI will provide: (1) - 6' table with skirt and two chairs per company.
Each company can utilize only the following:
● (2) - 33” x 8' retractable banners
● Company or product branded table skirt
● Any products or materials that will fit on your given table, no items permitted on the floor.

Shipping Fees: $6 per box, $200 per pallet to be billed to attendee room listed on the box.
IMPORTANT RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION: There is no FedEx or UPS office on site, each company must send PREPAID RETURN LABELS.
The hotel will only pick up boxes that have been sealed shut and have a prepaid label. Make sure to have tape and a return label!
Electricity: If you wish to have power at your table, you would need to place that order directly with the hotel AV company, Encore. To do this, please fill out all information on the form below and email it to Jody.Browning@encoreglobal.com
