The cost for a single occupancy room is JPY19,403 or approximately $190/night including taxes and service charge.

The cost for a double occupancy room is JPY21,774 or approximately $217/night including taxes and service charge.

The above rates include breakfast each day and complimentary wi-fi.

All Hotel Room reservations should be made through ETI prior to the cut-off date.
To make your hotel reservations please email your room requirements (single or double) and arrival and departure date and airline itinerary to Jessie at jessiek@etools.org before Tuesday, November 15, 2016.  You will need to present a credit card upon check-in to pay for your room.

Please note:
Any hotel room cancellations after Friday, November 18, 2016 will be billed for 20% of total estimated amount.
Any hotel room cancellations after Monday, November 28, 2016 will be billed for the total amount.
